Martin T. Tully became a member or the Hundred Club of DuPage County’s Board of Directors in 2013. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law.
Mr. Tully is a founding partner of the Chicago law firm of Actuate Law, LLC and he also served as the mayor of the Village of Downers Grove from 2011 to 2019. Prior to becoming mayor, he served two terms as a Village Council commissioner and as mayor pro tem, chairman of the Tourism and Events Commission, the Community Grants Commission, and as an ex-officio member of the Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation. Martin is also a past President of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference, a past member of the DU-COMM executive committee and board of directors, and a former District 3 municipal representative on the DuPage County Stormwater Management Committee.
Former Mayor Tully is a board member of Hope’s Front Door, a director of the Friends of the Edwards House, a founding member of the District 58 Education Foundation, and a member of the Downers Grove Moose and Lions Clubs.
