Martin T. Tully became a member of the Hundred Club of DuPage County’s Board of Directors in 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law.
Martin is a partner with the Chicago office of the Redgrave LLP law firm and also serves as a commissioner on the Downers Grove Village Council. Martin previously served as the mayor of the Village of Downers Grove from 2011 to 2019. Prior to becoming mayor, he served two terms as a Village Council commissioner and as mayor pro tem, chairman of the Tourism and Events Commission, the Community Grants Commission, and as an ex-officio member of the Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation. Martin is also a past President of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference, a past member of the DU-COMM executive committee and board of directors, and a former District 3 municipal representative on the DuPage County Stormwater Management Committee.
Former Mayor Tully is a board member of Hope’s Front Door, a founding member of the District 58 Education Foundation, and a member of the Downers Grove Rotary and Downers Grove Moose clubs.
